Hikaru Tezuka
Hikaru Tezuka is a main supporting character in Library Wars. He was a corporal in The Task Force before being promoted to sergeant, and is Iku's teammate in Team Dojo.
Personality
He is blunt, serious and very good at many things, which irks the main character . He has many female admirers and rarely smiles. However, Shibazaki noticed him laughing at a TV show once, and Iku has observed his smile when praised by Dojo .
Relationships
Satoshi: His brother, is the head of 'Future for the Libraries' organisation, that Hikaru and his father are strongly against. The strife between father and son pushes Satoshi to leave home, leaving a heavy toll on his mother's health. Hikaru considers his brother to be a traitor and used to look up to him.
History
Hikaru is intelligent and skilled as a result of his family's good name and affluence. He joined the task force presumably for a love of books, he does not strongly voice this. More directly thorugh dialogue, he also joins the task force to work with his father and brother (before his brother parted ways with his family.)
